Jan 11th Update----

Hello everybody.... Just to keep you up to date..... Wayne has been able to gather together enough money TO BUY HIS FIRST SIX MONTHS OF AVASTIN. However, we need to get this petition rolling so we can turn it in ASAP...we are just over 2000 and we actually should have at least 10 by now. Did you know that there are over 7000 people just in our area? st. george, pennfield, st george and surrounding areas? And according to StatsCan the population of Charlotte county is over 26,000..........we have hard copies of this petition in the local pharmacies, a letter has gone to the editor of just about every paper in New Brunswick. Do you agree that we should have more signatures than we have? If everybody on the group (1500,wow!) would take a couple of minutes to log on, sign and approve your signature it would be such a help...I again Urge you to do so..... please! Ask your family members and all your friends to do so as well.
Did you know that AVASTIN is now being used in the United States for various lung cancers? Did you know that it is being tested for kidney, brain and other cancers? Did you know the company is seeking authorization for Avastin to be front line treatment pre chemotherapy? This is a major breakthrough for cancer research. Major! This drug authorization petition is for everybody---you, me, a family member, a friend---all of us.
